Life can throw so many obstacles in our direction. These things can make us feel we lack control, are no longer content or lose faith. Maybe you are feeling anxious or depressed? You may have recently lost a loved one, having work or relationship problems, self esteem issues or generally feeling unable to cope. Counselling can offer the opportunity to talk to someone who will really listen to you without judgement, help you resolve issues, find a new perspective on life, find new ways to manage day to day, increase emotional resilience and find healthier ways of dealing with the challenges you face.
Pritchard's Counselling offers a safe, confidential and comfortable space for you to talk about what might be troubling you and help you feel more in control of your life.
Seeking Counselling can be daunting at first, so feel free to email, text or call to discuss or ask any questions. Short or long term therapy available for all adults aged 18 and over. Sessions are typically once per week, however frequency is your preference.
